Our Melbourne hotel apartment is conveniently located opposite the Belgian Beer Garden and just a short tram ride to the city (tram 3, 5, 6, 16, 64 and 67) or for a taste of inner surburbia, take the tram in the opposite direction to East Malvern, Malvern, Glen Iris, Kew via St Kilda Beach, East Brighton or Carnegie.

With the tram stop (# 26) located right in front of the hotel and being an authorised MetCard retailer, travelling to the city and back has never been more easy.

A valid Credit Card is required merely to guarantee your booking at the time of reservation. We do not charge your card prior to arrival. Accounts must be settled in full on departure from the hotel, however a valid credit card is still required upon check in as a form of Security Bond and pre-authorisation. If payment is to a credit card different from the check in guest's name we require for you to make contact with our Reservations Department, reservations.shm@sahg.com.au to make arrangements for prepayment or a credit card authorisation form (available for download) must be filled and returned to us prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 24 hours prior of arrival will incur a one night charge. Guests failing to arrive will incur a one night no show charge.
