Seasons Heritage Melbourne provides immediate confirmations for bookings made on the website.
All you have to do is follow the simple steps on the booking engine to the left of the screen and you will obtain an immediate confirmation of your booking.
A valid Credit Card is required merely to guarantee your booking at the time of reservation.
We do not charge your card prior to arrival. Accounts must be settled in full on departure from the hotel, however a valid credit card is still required upon check in for pre-authorisation.
If payment is to a credit card different from the check in guest's name we require for you to make contact with our Reservations Department, reservations.shm@sahg.com.au to make arrangements for prepayment or a credit card authorisation form (available for download) must be filled and returned to us prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 48 hours notice required otherwise first nights cancellation charge will apply. 7 days notice required over event periods and no cancellation will be accepted for the New Years Eve Period, Advance purchase rate. Cancellation for New Years Eve Period, advance purchase rate and any other cancellation submitted online after the cancellation due date will still incur a charge.
